| Well done to Joeman and Nate, our friends from across the pond Dal, You're building quite a team of AT members now! Just a little flock patching and that Joe is ready to go and command his team. _________________ clivvers - saviour of the huMAM race @ MAMageddon 2009 - 2099 @ clivvers MAM Nation: | |

| Wow, you guys go in for nice clean uniforms for your troops! Very well done! Your Adventure Team men look outstanding! As for the astronaut being part of Adventure Team--back in the day all the astronauts were pilots, but now that there are so many civilian personnel with the teams, I surely don't know if all those science-types are pilot-qualified. Still, the Adventure Team did have some space-related sets, so I'd say the Adventure Team had to get pilot-qualified and astronaut-qualified to go into space for adventures, so you can extrapolate from there. Also, the Adventure Team was supposedly formed from ex-military personnel, right? Why wouldn't they have a former astronaut from the Air Force or Navy among them? Seems to me even the Marines had a few astronaut pilots as well, although I couldn't name names. Good job, lads--I'm gonna like it here! |

| Cool and creative bash Dal, glad to see the modern guys get some exposure. They are fantastic for bashing, especially with the modern gear that doesn't fit so well on vintage figures! _________________ RalphMe? Well, I live life vicariously! My Action Man? | That head-sculpt is called "Curly" in-house at Hasbro according to some literature that got posted on one of the American forum boards. The name is nothing "official," but it was a way to refer to a variety of new head-sculpts that were released some time back. To me, and me alone, I refer to him as the "cleft chin guy," because of that great Kirk Douglas chin of his. The blond h/s is the most common followed by a black-haired version, which is scarce and followed by a brown-haired version which is quite rare here in America. |
