| Your photos and scenes have definitely become more sophisticated over the past seven years!
That said, I can see the beginnings of your visual style here, particularly in the pics of the team with their rifles hiding in the tall grass.
I really like the tent camp scene. It is quite reminiscent of actually "playing with Joes" when I was a kid.
We were just talking about tents on 'chat' a few days ago. It was fun to stumble across this photo tonight after having that conversation recently. _________________ ... DAVE

Seven years ago in fact! . Only a handful of the stuff survived the great clear out of a few years ago. Both vehicles have long since gone, as has the bearded adventurer. I remember at the time wishing they could have been better, but as you say, the style of what I wanted is being to show in these pics. I still have the special ops tent tucked away somewhere, I will have too see if I can dig it out | |

| Great pictures Dal! For those interested, the second vehicle is the First Strike Commando vehicle. It was made in The mid 1990s by American Plastic Toys, co. They used to be called Gay Toys, and have been making cheap, but cool plastic Toys for decades. I have a few of their space shuttles. -Nate | |

| I remember Gay Toys. When I was a toddler, I had one of those sit-on-top riding vehicles. I don't directly remember the vehicle, as I was very young, but I've seen it in old photos. And, I remember the steering wheel from the plastic Gay Toys riding vehicle. For some reason, the steering wheel survived long after the rest of the plastic riding toy was gone, and my brothers and I played with that steering wheel for years, using it in all kinds of imaginary adventures. I clearly recall that the wheel was marked "Gay Toys." Which is kind of off-topic, but sorta not. _________________ ... DAVE
