| Fonnezz, your Panzer looks excellent! A fine idea here, well done, sir. I recognized the good old Iron Knight straightaway, because I've had mine ever since 1975! In fact, I had the same idea a while back and tried marking mine as a Panzer just temporarily, but the results were not nearly so good without repainting it as you did. Mine still has the original Iron Knight / M556 stickers, and I'm reluctant to remove them. Your paint job looks so smooth and even, I never would have guessed it was a paint job at all. I was also surprised to note that your tank has no hole in the muzzle. Mine has a hole ... but now that I think about it, I seem to recall that maybe I drilled it out myself, long LONG ago as a kid! Wow! That was a long-lost memory that resurfaced just now ... weird but very nice! Tanks for the memories! | |
