| I wonder if the choice of 'Ark Royal' was a nod to the TV show 'Sailor', the 'Fly on the wall' documentary series that was popular at the time? The show followed day to day life aboard The Royal Navy aircraft carrier and so the name 'Ark Royal' was well known at the time. So the other tally bands such as HMS Victory were they released as different issues in different years? | |
