I'm loving your Our man in Havana, loving the long brown jacket he's wearing.

The praise for the coat, and I agree, goes to Hasbro.  It is vintage.  Except for that and the Joe and shoes (C/W's dark brown oxfords) I made the rest.

Hats are tricky and time consuming.  Although I sew on a sewing machine I rarely use the pedal or the motor.  It is all  turning the flywheel by hand.  100% of the hat is manually turning the fly wheel.  To get them right with no puckers or stray stitching you have to know, precisely, where every stitch is going and that takes a lot of time and patience (and accurate pinning).

Looks great I like that you've sewn this, the last thing I sew was my Hawkeye's racoon skin hat and I ended up with pierced fingers its a bad job when you have to give blood for your hobby

Very true Brian but if I'm going to continue with the sewing I'm going to need to update my tetanus shot  
Ive just had a look at the link to the website and very impressed the American Revolution kit is fantastic Id love this for my Last of the Mohicans project I'm sure it'd be great for the French and Indian war too
