| Really not sure where to put this. Wants, hints and tips or here. This was also from the eBay lot which the Landy came from. Again I was going to get rid of it but its quite nice. I need to know is it's possible to straightened warped plastic. If not I need the tail gate. I've only got one of the poles which hold up the canvass how many should there be? Are these bits hard to get? | |

| Just been reading around on the internet and one suggestion sounds good. Two sheets of glass with the plastic in between, then some weight and some gentle heat sounds like a very sensible way forward...or some variant of that idea... _________________ RalphMe? | It is possible to straighten plastic back out with the methods posted, however looking at that picture, you are facing an up hill battle. That piece is fairly warped, might be easier to replace it or make a fresh one out of styrene and paint it. I look forward to seeing what you do with this little project!

| mark if you get rid of it you will regret it as you have done in the past , i would try the heat method rather than the cold in case the cold snaps it .dont know how many poles it needs , mine does not even have a cover . so if all else fails do you still have my address mate _________________ cheers jim
