You got it, they are kinda rare, first issue white short Jack boots. The others are the white regular tall boots, another tough set to find.

Glad you like them, I'll post more as I dig them out.

More superb Joes Rick ! The marines are awesome mate, as are the mountain troops. Very crisp and clean. Maybe if the snow comes we may see them outside

Ok I just looked up on Action Marine accessories and it looks like the parachute
packs were green...

So is that a camo tent or something on your Marines back? Looks cool!

My vintage GB, still need a dickie for one of them, otherwise I think they are complete!

Somewhat controversial here in the States. OD Green Uber rare! Tan doesn't exist! Brown Is common! I agree Brown is common, as for the others???

I find the MP'e intriguing to say the least Rick ?????????????

I have a Green G i Joe MP and paid quite a bit for it as i always thought it was very rare. The one thing i noticed is that there are different opinions over what belt he was issued with either Tan or White i have been shown a carded example over on the trenches and they have a Tan belt included but what are your experiences with this particular mp ????

The Tan one ive never seen in real life so i dont know weather it exists or not some people say it does and some say its just the dark brown one that has faded over the years ???

The thing i have noticed is that th people that say the tan is just a faded example havent got one in their collection so again i would welcome your personal view

As for the Dark brown i think we all agree that is common

One more question........................

was there ever an orange scarf or again are they faded red dickies ?????

I have been told that desimones book is riddled with mistakes

Sadly this is true to an extent of Alan Halls and Kevin Kings which is what makes this hobby so exciting and Francis Baird Lets not even go there
