50th Captain Action set?

After they pulled out of making more sets last year despite getting the DC license, I'll believe this set when I see it!

They cancel the Marvel/DC superhero range as they say they aren't selling well enough and then bring out an obscure, limited appeal, Japanese character themed set instead.
