Latest Car Boot find Real Tough Toys for real Tough Boys Tonka Bash SAS Style

Herr's my latest find a Tonka Jeep with its original black plastic Jack thought I'd get one of my SAS guys to check it out for size



Yes he fits in it nicely



And the Jack seems to still work



All in All a Real Tough Toy for a Real Tough Boy



Even my cat Pixie want's to give it a kick start

Nice find! I loved Tonka vehicles when I was a kid and I think quite a few people on AMMO have got one and they do look cool. I've not even seen any at car boots to buy but I'll have to keep an eye out, even though I've no room to park one!

I wonder if Tonka deliberately made it that scale so VAM could use it?

Tonka made their own figures to go in those large Tonka trucks , I remember having the figures they where more like 8 inches high and more slender than action man and only 5 points of articulation , never had one of the big trucks for em to go in though ,
nice find ian ,Tonka are a truly awesome toy ,well they where back then ! unfortunately now ,most are made of plastic !

Cheers Dal its a great bit of kit mate the paintwork and stickers are a bit rough and the areal has got a bit distorted but I think it will bash up nicely

Cheers Guys the Tonka stuff was always top knotck trucks well made and real tough Toys the TV advert used to be great too

Great find! Those Tonka trucks are quite versatile. Nice finding one with the jack! I just picked one up with the jerry can.
