Not sure if this is in the right section ...?

I have a couple of dragon figures with broken feet , Doesn't look that easy to get the foot out of the ankle to replace I have tried pliers , but doesn't want to shift.... don't want to break them....
I wouldn't normally be bothered , but I met a guy at a toy fair at the weekend that will swap all my dragon figures for dragon kit ... which I really like... so need to fix them up for a trade...

Help please..

Maybe some heat would help? very hot water (not boiling) or a hair dryer might expand the plastic enough to pop out the broken joint?

You might be able to split the calf and do it that way ? I use a Stanley Knife and a small hammer , just tap the blade along the calf`s join , remove the broken foot and replace with the good one , then just glue back together .
