Hello and happy holidays everyone. This one came about because of ACKIE88. I was wondering what to do for a Christmas episode for this year when ACKIE88 mentioned his interest in having COOKING WITH THE ADVENTURE TEAM become a series...well...here is the second installment. I had a lot of fun with this one and did some extra research too, used real foods, real recipe and some history. Hope you enjoy the first part of A CHRISTMAS PUDDING... THANKS

The aged adventurer is a joe who uses my method of cooking! we have to sample the brandy before it goes in surely? I can see trouble ahead in speeding up the process Excellent stuff Angelo! Looking froward to part two!
