Recently got these back from Mick Coxey...pretty happy with them! The guy on the left has a dodgy nose that Mick repaired for me, and I really like the job he did to give me a more distinguished looking, middle-aged Mike Powers! Looking forward to taking some photos with them both soon!
"Just then I heard a noise in the sky, and lo and behold there was that infernal aeroplane, flying low. The observer on board caught sight of me – I could see one of the two occupants examining me through glasses. Suddenly the machine began to rise in swift whorls, and the next I knew it was speeding eastward again till it became a speck in the blue morning. That made me do some savage thinking. My enemies had located me, and the next thing would be a cordon round me. I didn’t know what force they could command, but I was certain it would be sufficient..."

Finally got a nice dirty, old DSD uniform. I never wanter a clean one...they always look really dirty in real life. It suits Brace pretty well I think. I notice he's taken up smoking since he arrived at BBHQ...

He looks all ready for his next daring mission, maybe diving an old submarine wreck in search of secret codes or even missiles?? or maybe even diving a sunken pirate ship in search of clues of Avery's lost treasure?? Either way, Brace is the man for the job!

Took me ages too to find the diving outfit, .....I could manage to dirty it up if necessary, but I found the problem was that because kids often did not dry the suit out properly before putting it away, it was usually in appalling condition. However I eventually found a beauty, just as you seem to have done. I think the diving gloves(well mittens really!) that came with it are poorly made though.
Great photo of your bloke on the bench! A very realistic situation Probably not such a good idea for any bloke intending to work as a diver to take up smoking though!

Excellent picture, full of tension and drama. Your admirable restriction of the colour scheme to almost monochrome works so well and serves to heighten the impact. Amazing how using less range of colour is actually far more effective than using the whole spectrum! That glint acts perfectly as a focal centre too! You got those eagle eyes just right! They actually work in this situation. Superb composition blackbrazen.
I always find it amazing in movies how anyone posted as a sentry, whether in an historic epic or a modern situation will die almost immediately, ...and they will also die in complete silence, no matter how they are dispatched!

Really fantastic shots all the way through this thread. A lot of thought and work gives them a unique style.
