I'm already looking for more things to add...

But, speaking to that which I already have,

Alien Autopsy Photos, Nessie, Bigfoot, El Chupacabra, Elizabeth Short, the Cigarette Smoking Man from The X Files, the dancing midget in red from Twin Peaks, Robert Johnson, Vincent Price, Rod Serling, The Crossroads, Josef Mengele, Zombies, UFO Sightings, Spontaneous Human Combustion, Thule Society meeting, The Thing (1951 and 1982), The Philip Experiment, The Cabin from The Evil Dead, town signs for Twin Peaks (Twin Peaks) and Hawkins (Stranger Things), and some science labs that I can't remember the origin of, Maps, graph of earth's magnetic field, and a composition note book.

Maybe a Hellraiser Puzzle Box?And you must have at least pages from the Necronomicon, although it might be wiser to have the whole book...muahahahahaha...
