| I've always thought Joe probably spoke in a measured, learnt way with no discernible accent to enable him to be accepted in any situation without giving any thing away about himself but... ...when off duty or stressed his working class, Sarf London background probably makes a comeback and you'd think you were talking to Micheal Caine!
