I think it has a lot to do with the quality of epoxy they use...

Suffice it to say, he's been around the world several times, and done a great many varied and interesting things. AYHQ is lucky to have snatched him.

Interesting that Male Pattern Baldness, (such a very common human condition) does not seem to affect G.I.Joe!
