Talkers boxes came but troubles...

First off the needle fell off my AA Talking Commander talk box after only 3 pulls...
Guy said send it back to be repaired again and he will pay shipping... So no problem...

BUT putting my Black Talking Commander together both leg ball joints fell apart
from being dry rotted!  They just shattered from age...

SO had a extra Black Adventurer Gijoe so had to cut him apart and use both his black ball leg joints..

My Man of Action talker is working good and the Black Talking Commander has new ball joints
and is talking good...I think I'll just let them alone now...

Great to hear that your Black Commander talker is working but somewhat alarmed to learn that apparently cannibalism occurs at your HQ Jim!

Cots have replacement black balls that I have used on a Black Adventurer before and they worked well...

They look great. Well worth your effort.

Shame about the ball joints going like that hope you source some to fix the donor figure up too!

Well as luck has it the guy who I'm sending the talker box back to be refixed
said he will throw two black ball joints into my shipping box when he sends
back my talker box...All free...So I'm good to go...Just got to buy another new restring kit..Since figure was loose to begin with I just cut elastic...
