Yes,

The red outfit inspired me a lot, there's also a bit Captain Scarlet/Thunderbirds and other 1960's stuff going on in there too.

A vam comic version of "The Masts of menace" would be fab. These type of books and comics are very inspiring for vam/MAM comic stories and kitbashes (hint!) .

I've got an old victor annual n my collection of old comic annuals! Can't remember the year but I'm sure the cover is of a soldier pushing another in a wheel barrow or summit like that! I'll have to dig it out! Mainly I collected whizzer and chips and the like but I've got a range of oldies! Including a 1966 beezer and a 1958 'Eagle book of modern wonders' as well as a 63 and a 64 standard EAGLE annnuals.

my apolologies Clive ive just realised i waffled on in my last post and didnt even say how awesome your post actually was!! you could have loads of fun doing what you did there. what software do you use? also i was wrong about the victor annuals anyway!! its this one i have not the one i thought..

Your Victor book looks like it holds some exciting bedtime reading! , the classic comic artwork looks amazing too!!!

I use 5 design programs at once to do my arty comic photo attempts : Serif's old DrawPlus 6.0 ( i've manged to work it on Windows7), Serif's DrawPlusX5, Serif's PhotoPlus Essentials, Serif's PagePlus Essentials, and Arcsoft's Media Impression 2.0/Pentax.

I use these programs to design all my comic speech bubbles and text then save the files as PNG's without transparencies.

I have about 230 real fonts to work with and use a CAD drawing pen/tablet, these can be picked up for as little as £40 without design software... and can be found at 'Maplin' in your high street.

Doing vam photo comics can take a lot of time and effort to get them looking nice.

Reloaded missing photos, It took me ages to find them on my 'Black Box'   

Awesome you've really done a great job recreating that scene with the MAM figure he looks pretty spot on
