Gunner HQ re vamp

Hi folks,
its been a long time I know ... but been busy sorting out Munrovian HQ .

Now I'm retired I've gotten rid of all my work paraphernalia8)  and sorted out shelves etc .

So now the team are along one wall in the good old Ikea Billy book case .

.

the alcove that was my "business area" now houses the Dragonian and Volgan forces  1/12 and 1/18th /Modelling and storage.





Another single Billy book case to come here for more "bits storage"  .It will hoist up the gUard tower nicely


Here are the Dragonian/Volgan forces.  


They actually have plenty of room   ..so I may pinch some of this for "Other non VAM figures" you can see on the other shelves.

Here is the command centre



Its used to be here . But this is now my new "art station".



I've taken up my pencils again and I'm just starting to venture into painting    Not done any since my O levels but quite enjoying it .

... .. the results of "oh I'll collect few for their uni's weapons for the Munrovian female squad ".. that got out of hand during last  summer...I blame Dal

Hi Gunner! great too se you posting again! The room looks fantastic! and very organized, more organized than my room! All the troops look to have plenty of room. The painting station looks fab! as do the paintings and drawings. Looking forward too seeing the rest of the stuff, when you get a chance to post.
Now, about these females

Gunner it’s apparently brilliant to see you back posting once again. It’s brilliantly evil seeing all the Dragonian/Volgan forces standing in a Ikea Billy book case. Wow you’re pencil artwork is incredible. Very good luck on restarting your venture into painting and pencil drawing once again. The important thing is that your quite enjoying it. Even more importantly your still interested in the AM and other figures hobby . Hopefully we’ll be seeing you posting more often on the forum.

Welcome to retirement! Although you will find you now have "less" time than you did before! (Not sure how that works, but it does.)

I think I have finally got the right space to do things .. even the garage is sorted !!

Steve will be pleased to know I'm thinning out the MAM side of my collection .( No Steve, not straight to the council tip )

Will put my bits and bobs up on the for sale thread .

Thanks for all the kind comments about the drawing /painting. I'm really enjoying it.

I think my next VAM venture is to revisit some dodgy re-strings I did bck in 2016 when the bug really bit me. Too impatient

On the art front, I've got to get some basic skills going.I reckon its a bit like taking up golf late in life. It pays to have some basic lessons before too many bad habits kick in You painting at the mo?
Anyway onto more important topics..How is Spud and his gang doing?
