Adventure Team: Search for the Yeti

This set is apparently based on the vintage Search for the Abominable Snowman,
according to the box back. The description talks about Joe fighting with the Black Dragon gang,
which I'm guessing Hasbro had some plans for, but never did. The Black Dragon gang captured
the yeti, which busted loose during the fight. Joe's mission now is to find the yeti and take him home.



The front of the box has the AT logo, along with the kung-fu grip logo. It states that the yeti is poseable.
Sort of. It's a plush figure with wires. I only pose it for photos. I don't want the wires to break, which will
probably happen if he's posed frequently.





I couldn't light him as bright as usual, otherwise he would have blended into the background.



Besides the tranquilizing rifle, the Joe also has an ice pick and an infrared camera.



This is the second of four modern Adventure Team sets I have.

Another great set! everything about it is so cool! especially the artwork on the box!

Another great set Daryl , and excellent photography too . I always fancied that set . Glad to see your posting this stuff , it`s good and interesting to see .

Daryl your Adventure Team: Search for the Yeti set is totally cool. The white Yeti is wonderfully made I think. It’s a pity Hasbro never brought out a mam save the Yeti set.

Here I have to make do with the 12" Wampa Monster from Star Wars, but he does have horns.

LeStryge, the Wampa is a great looking figure. He seems "sturdier" than
the Yeti. And certainly more fierce!
