The orders told him that the hill was important, but he could not see why.
Inevitably someone came to take it from him.
The orders said to hold it at any cost.
The cost was very high.
The new occupiers of the hill could not see why it was important either.

The cost was very high. Oh that was very sad to read . Really sad mini story there done by you KDM. The last picture was very moving. All very well photographed by the way.
