Johnny west repair

Hi guys

I picked up a complete Johnny west figure recent . All in pieces and missing the springs. Has anyone repaired one in the past? If so, is it possible to get replacement springs or did you just repair with think elastic?

I think your best bet Paul is too find some strong elastic mate. Well done on the figures mate, looking forward to some pics !

Dal. The only problem is the holes on the limbs are really small, so can only take really fine elastic. Which is why I'm prefer to track down some replacement springs. Will post some pics if I ever get him back together. Same for the hard hand fuzzy vam that came in the same lot. Again complete but in pieces! Not bad - a fiver for both figures .-)

As to Stewart's site, it has a wealth of info but nothing on replacing the springs if missing. I emailed him a couple of months ago, but got no reply;-(

Mmmm. Wonder who that could be.!!!

Rather than me join the forum just to try and get in touch with him, I don't suppose either of you fancy asking him if he has any spare springs do you?
