Action Man Tom K Prague 2015

Won't mention any names, but someone on this forum said that the first fuzz head sculpts were a little ugly. Tom K, not sure how to respond, insisted that I take a cool portrait of him in Prague to counter that rather outrageous statement! He's not looking bad for a 45 year old man... not sure what he's taking though, but if I could bottle it, I think I could become a millionaire many times over...

It was the one i had found in a second-hand shop, back in 2010. It looked like it had spent the last 45 years on the back streets of London with all the tramps and winos
I restored the vam whilst I was a member of the 'Action Burt forum' back in 2010 , i posted some 'before and after' photos. The vam is now a Basic soldier: Front row,  second from the left..



The two vams in the front row (middle) were both in a bad way when i recieved them, I hope they now look much more respectable.

clive what a wonderful job you have done restoring those 2 back to a pristine state , nobody would suspect that they had ever spent 45 years living with tramps and winos

Where did you get those grippers from, i need two pairs for my troops. I've used ML ones in the past, but are there any better vam looking ones out there?

The hands are Hobbycrash Action Man/Joe vintage replacement, I like them very much... bit expensive though, but worth it!
