New and first african-american FALCON - ABROLHOS MISSION

Estrela finally presented the new Falcon: it is called "Abrolhos Mission". Abrolhos is an sea park in the northeast of Brazil. You can use google translator and read more about it here:

Now lets see this new figure.

It is cleary an homage to the classic "caça ao tubarão" (shark hunt) released almost 40 years ago.



But Estrela pretty much revamped the whole set with some modern diving outfit and vibrant colors and mask.

The most notorious thing is that this is the first african american Falcon. It is not Tom Stone's mold, it is the same GI Joe body in back "skin", brown eyes. We are thrilled to see this happen.

Sadly this is also a limited edition, only 1000 will be aviable and numbered. Sales will open first for members of Falcon's Club, wich is obtained by purchase the entire line thru Estrela' site. After 48h it will be aviable for everyone. The price is high, 400 reais I believe (80 euros more or less).

Good to know that you all liked so far, guys.
I must point that Estrela did some project enhancements in the body: they fixed a "chemical" reaction between the head and the neck wich was leavin a white-ish mark and fixed the ankles. This body is much better than the first ones released months ago.
