K-Troop Photo Tests

I've not been posting much lately because I've been busy with other things, which does not mean that nothing is going on in my 1/6 scale universe.  I am revamping the wardrobes and equipment of some of my figures, plus have two new bodies shipping in from Giantoy, plus lots of little gear and uniform items always coming in from other sources, though chiefly, Monkey Depot.  Today however, I did have a bit of time to do some more test shots with my blue seamless paper and so I'm sharing a few here, with more to come.

Kamiko is now showing some cleavage with a OD green crop top and is now wearing the rank insignia of a Lieutenant-Colonel instead of a mere captain.  She was Lieutenant before that. My reasoning is that now that she is a "Commander" in S.I.M.O.N. she needed to be promoted to higher substantive rank to be on a par with the other HQ commanders.

Heidi has ditched her old .38 Smith & Wesson as a sidearm and is now carrying what she should always have been carrying; a Colt M1873 Peacemeaker,

Have you further enhanced the foliage in this diorama? It is an extremely photogenic space in which to work with your figures!

I did not think you could improve upon Kamiko's wardrobe, but improve her you did! Nice combination of rugged military and sexy!

What are they aiming at? My guess would be plinking at empty beer cans.

Whether the Peacemaker is chambered in .44 or .45, I'm sure it will definitely put adequate holes in whatever Heidi points it at!

I would really like it if the crop top were in the same chocolate-chip desert camo pattern that Michiko's hoodie is in.

So... how'd ya do it?

Slave flash down with a diffuser down below the scenery level and pointed at the backdrop. Triggered by the master. Exact position, power setting and angle of flash head are by trial and error.

Such and interesting quite "apprehensive" expression on the right hand figure in pic 3.

Great photos, and I like Kamiko's uniform upgrade.

And I really like Heidi's peacemaker, I've never seen one in 1/6
scale where the hammer can be positioned in the cocked position.

Cylinder rotates also, but not as a result of cocking the hammer. Parted out on Monkey Depot.

Wow Gary, everything looks fantastic from the dio improvements to Kamiko's wardrobe adjustments. I also has to be said that the other ladies of K-Troop are looking awesome. I like the fact that you have changed Kamiko's rank, she is after all a fine commander and should be on par with all the other commanders
