Thanks Chip! It was great fun to do and of course Colin really brought this one all together with his amazing effects. I really wanted this to pull all the treads tat I have laid so far, but leave ,lots of scope for more things to come! Pleased you enjoyed it mate! really means a lot

Great instalment and quite a body count! Dimitri and X are no loss but I liked Tik-tok! He's a great character so I suspect he'd be back!

Wow Dr. X beginning to turn to dust and then disappeared that was like totally totally awesome and unexpected. Well done on the special computer graphics though out this chapter from Colin. I’m really really confused Dal old bean. I thought Demitri couldn’t die. Please explain Dal how he has managed to die. Breathtaking, outstanding and full of unexpectedness. Bring on your next instalment of Hidden in the Shadows. By the way I don’t think it will be the last time we see D.X. He’ll make a grand entrance at some point. Oh oh will we be seeing Gangrene in a orange jumpsuit by any chance now he’s giving himself up?

Really pleased you enjoyed this chapter Alex! and yes Colin's effects were top drawer! he did an amazing job in bringing it to life. As for Demitri, I never said he couldn't die, he just has a habit of coming back and not staying dead! As for the Orange jumpsuit? who knows? After all, he has to be questioned first .

This was really well done, both from a story perspective and the photography! Tense and action packed!

The gun battle with Tick Tock the clockwork man was particularly intense.

And Redbox goes down , huh? That was a surprise. Will he be down for the count, I wonder?

I’d like to think that when my time comes, I’ll have it together enough to ask for a cigar (even though I don’t smoke - maybe I should start) and crack a joke or two on the way out.

What is this portal? What does it do? Where does it lead? Or is it merely a conduit for a dangerous energy source?

Is Dr X deceased, or destroyed? Or has he been taken somewhere? Teleported?

And… is this it for the alien artifacts? Have they all been recovered? Was controlling this energy portal the purpose behind recovering these artifacts? Is the mission now complete?

From what I could gather, this current storyline is not over yet, the Dinosaur Valley is unexplored for the most part and no one knows who else has managed to enter it and what threats lurk in there. Who knows what Artifacts can be found there? No one knows what happened to Doctor X and I think we wont know for awhile. So we´ll have to see where it all goes.

So many questions to be answered Dave! This quest for the alien artifacts is far from over yet! Really pleased you enjoyed the chapter. I wonder what else will happen in other parts of this vast underground network?? How will K-troop Fair? will they get involved in a dangerous gun battle with the forces of SCU-HQ, or are there much more hidden dangers awaiting them?? and what of SCU-HQ themselves and their teams??

You are correct zero! This adventure is just beginning! There could even be a hidden entrance to these underground tunnels lay hidden for centuries under Germany?? I hear there could be a specialist team about to venture inside!
