Having a weekend away in Devon.
Joe and Hank have a beer after the long drive down.
..this may be a weird pic but,
I'm absolutely paranoid about losing Joe and Hank when I take them out. Having owned them for 51 and 49 years respectively I'd be more than a little miffed if I lost them so they stay with me while we stop for coffee. I don't care no one would bother stealing a 64 plate Ford Focus I'm not leaving them in the car!!

Great shots Steve, and I certainly understand your concern about the possibility of losing them. (But I have to ask, do you just take their heads with you?)

Great pic indeed! I don't blame you for taking the boys with you. Whenever I have taken Jake out and about with me, he always stays in my back pack, which stays with me. I would never leave him anywhere, so I totally get why you do the same for Joe & Hank .

Hank met a friend but the locals aren't very talkative!

I like seeing the mounds of kelp on the beach. I miss the seashore.

Then it's time you went back again Dave because I think it might be bladderwrack.... (Kelp is that nasty slimy feeling tall plant that even after years of diving I still hate swimming through. Creeps me out!) Excellent exterior pics, Steve. You blokes look right at home in the great outdoors..

Another day of humping the boonies of North Devon.
I'm so done with survival rations! I'm having roast goat tonight!
Old Hank and new Hank!
My newest grandson. His name is Eden but I lobbied for him to be called Hank so much that everyone refers to him as Hank now anyway! Its likely to be his nickname for life!
