Pepe Ayala re-imagined. Another of Jake's original team. Pepe is Spanish-American. Transferred to Jake's SAS unit from the Navy Seals. Pepe is reliable, strong and fiercely loyal to his team.
As the original Pepe was a Gyperman, I have give his re-imagined version the same body as Jake, the M33 to mirror the larger build (The G.I.Joe muscle body) than the standard action man had. His head was advertised as a Dam Toys, but I'm not sure that is the make? either way, I am happy with the final result .

Okay WOW Pepe Ayala re-imagined looks just outstanding Dal. The whole outfit you’v chosen for Pepe really really suits him. I’m really loving the pictures to show him off. As for Daxter’s head sculpt it looks so realistic looking.

Sounds like Alex must also have missed the Pepe post a couple of months ago! Somehow I did not see it until now! That’s a fantastic “adventure” figure, ready for action! Great kitbash, great photos!
You’re becoming quite adept at the dramatic portraits! The “Dax” head sculpt is a nice one, and your photos do it Justice!
Great figs and great photos!

Been a while since I have photographed Lara, but this is still my fave of all the Lara sculpts.

Been a bit quiet of late on the upgrading projects, real life keeps getting in the way! . So, Teegan was always going to be tricky to upgrade, but I think I found a sculpt that matches his character. The debonair pilot, who craves adventure! Teegan is a huge asset to Jake's team, as he can fly anything! A skill that has come in handy more than once when getting the team out of tight scrapes . This sculpt required a fair bit of work as it was designed for a jointed body and had a neck that had to be removed so it would fit a tbl. All in all, he came together really well. I have to give a huge shout out to Alex who donated the shirt. The look for Jake's new team is a sort of PMC look, but also one that doesn't give them away while on operations. In a way, Teegan sort of (to my eyes anyway) has a look of the G.I.Joe smaller guys, military but with a touch of individuality. Hope you like him as much as I do .

Okay I’m just totally loving the new look Teegan figure and clothes. I also totally loving the ways you have shown him of by your pictures. I agree with you on that Teegan is a huge asset to Jake’s team that he can fly anything. Now when you type he can fly anything would that include ufos ? Can I ask what does PMC looks mean ?

Indeed, Teegan can fly UFO's too, back in his past he escaped once using a UFO! A PMC, means Private Military Contractors. A force that often works alongside Armed forces. I must point out that Jake's team are Black Ops, not PMC's.

Looks like you got a good fit after adapting the head to fit the body! Teegan 2.0 is definitely a more modern look, but very much in the spirit of the original! This is gonna be a fun fig and character to work with! Definitely will bring a dash of eccentric adventure to the proceedings! Love the shirt and the cig - definitely gives him a style all his own! Great reimagining of another of your classic core characters!

Thanks Dave! I was really pleased not only with the final look of Teegan, but also the fit of the head. Having never converted a head before, it was quite a task! Fortunately, it turned out quite well. I am looking forward to bringing Teegan into the story soon .

He looks great Dal.
The new 'do seems to suit him well.
I really like his kit, any details on Jumper, jeans and shoulder holster?

Thanks Kev! . I keep trying in different clothes but Demitri insists its just not him ! As for his kit, his jumper is a 21t century item I believe, a WWII German submarine captains jumper,

His jeans are actually suit trousers, they come from this set, Boy have they gone up in price! I will say, it is an amazing fit for not only a M32 male phicen but also an Action Man
