I agree with you Gunner they are very Arnie Schwarzenegger. I think they are evil in my opinion . As I remember it though in the comics and the cgi movie action man robot atak it was actually No-Face who created them in the image of Dr. X. They were introduced in 2004 and served as a replacement for regular henchmen. Got that info from wikipedi. In my figure story it’s Professor Gangrene who’s built them because it makes more sense to me rather than No Face.
