It's made by a company called Cherilea toys,
I own quite a few of the vehicles they made and 2 transport bridge's.

They made a couple of vehicles for Joe. In fact, I have a motorcycle and sidecar made by them.

Just can't remember where I put it, I got it years ago. lol!
