As some of you guys know, I have been building a 1/6 room. I wanted to build something where Jake and his vam/Joe buddies could relax between missions.
Thank you to everyone who commented on my build thread, while I was posting updates,

https://actionmanmobileops.forumotion.co.uk/t1832-my-latest-project-1-6-scale-room

I would also like to say that I was inspired by joeman's Dio's, reddragon's dio's and Krakajacs Sherlock Holmes room. After finishing my room, I can honestly admit it is not as easy as these guys make it look, but it is a lot of fun.
So again, a big thanks to all who have inspired and helped me with my room, you all know who you are cheers

Dal, fantastic finished product! I stared at it for 10 minutes to absorb it all! Great details, nice woodworking also!

I find that there are 2 major traits a person needs to scratch build dios, plenty of patience and perseverance, and well, maybe a third some imagination!

You've mastered all three on the first time out! Something to be quite proud of my friend! What's next????

Mission accomplished. Good work Dal!

There's so much to take in, the attention to detail is fantastic!!!! The ufo & big foot posters really add to this. This is skilled work for sure!!!
This diorama will be great for future comic strips, especially a halloween horror type one.

Thanks Clive, I liked the idea of the ufo and bigfoot posters as it was the type of thing involved in my adventure action man games as a kid, and so I just had to include them. I also tried to put in other things from my interests, like the South Farthing pipe weed from Lord the rings, the marval comics on the wall and shocking moments from history in the newspapers. I will definitely be using the room as a back drop for a future comic at some point.
I am so pleased that you liked it my friend and your comments mean a lot, thanks cheers
