Thanks for posting the pictures Clivvers! My son has one of these and I've seen this figure sooo many times at car boots but never seen it complete!

I'm now a little suspicious of Action Man - on the back of the card it looks like he's shooting Dr X in the back! Not very sportsman like!

Neat Set... Have you opened it? It would be cool to try those darts out

The Jungle dart figure is quite common to find loose. When I saw this carded one I couldn't walk away. I actually payed £3 for this set and not £4 like I said in one of my other postings. The only way to stop the evil Dr.X with a hand like that is to do an ambush from behind

I think I have a couple of the Jungle Dart figures sans darts loose! I'm not really a MAM collector per se but people do have a habit of either gifting MAM to me or buying stuff for me at Boot Sales because they know I collect Action Man and it's rude to turn it down so I gradually accumulate stuff I don't really need although I think my Nephew has his beady eyes on somew of it!

The vehicle in the box illustration is definitely different than the officially released ones. I think the boxes get made long before the final design of the goods coming of the production line. I'm up to 4 MAM ATV? vehicles now, each one is numbered with a decal sticker.
I haven't seen any of these MAM Jungle vehicles at boot sales for the last 2 years   they're definitely getting harder to find, I'm always on the lookout for them.

I remember having the Jungle Dart Action Man when I was a kid, to be honest I'm not a big fan of this figure sorry to say that but the only thing I like is hes brown ripped shorts (great for doing kitbashing with)

I know what you mean Alex, this particular MAM is not very well articulated.

As you know, it's one of the special function toys that added a different flavour to the way youngsters played with MAM. This toy was a mischief making toy  

I would have loved to have had this as a kid.. I would have probably used this figure to sneakily fire MAM darts at my sister whilst she smooched on the sofa with her new boyfriend  

I always liked this figure as he and the one with a crossbow on his arm formed the start of MaM collecting/playing about 2002

That's good news, Brian!  

I thought I was the only one who liked this figure. I think I have the same MAM you mention with the Crossbow on his left arm, it's got a really nice head sculpt (realistic skin finish) and wearing a bandana.

Superb looking figure set and interesting concept! I can't help but think that the figure and the art of him looks like Charlie Sheen You got a great set there dude
