Nice bashes you've got some veyr smart snow troops and nice backpacks, I think your last fella looks a bit nervous certainly ont the 1st photo though perhaps he's camera shy

No worries Mark. That's what is so good about this site. We all encourage each other mate.. Collecting is good if you can afford it but kitbashing is so random and personal!! Anyone with a bit of odd kit can do it and make some wicked stuff.

Excellent kitbash/custom mixes Sparkys, great stuff, and well done .

The 'Where Eagles Dare' custom mix is spot on, and what a great film too .

I can't believe that kitbashing is 40+ years old now and still going strong. I think kitbashing will keep our beloved hobby alive for years to come and carry over into the MAM revival in 15-20 years time.. Long live kitbashing!

My DAK now has a swagger stick made out of a broken ice pick, inspired by damo and a Schmeisser. The stock was missing when I got it in the lot from my mate and I actually rather like it stock less :-)

He's great mark!! I've never really seen the fuss with DAK stuff! I've never liked it but it's growing on me what with all these really great bashes people are doing!!

Thanks Ross. I had the DAK half track as a kid but no DAK soldiers to go in it. Always loved the half track so Fulfilling a childhood dream now. Though the prices for vintage DAK stuff is out of my league until Sara flogs her novel lol
