| Here's a two guys I got at a charity shop a couple of weeks ago. they came in the same bag for £2.99 but I bought them for the left one's body and the other one's head. After I'd pulled their heads off to swap them over, I was praying that the missing eye was inside the head, but it didn't rattle like they normally do... I was in luck - I split the head open with a sharp knife and found the other eye tightly wedged inside. simple fix - the tiny white pin on the right of the pic had snapped, just like the last one I repaired. I thought about sticking it back together with some glue but that didn't last long with the previous guy so I used a bit of sewing thread to tie the back of the eye to the bar that moved them. Seems to have worked : Then I thought I've already got one of these guys so I grabbed some paint... And this is how he turned out: I think if I find another of those heads I'll give him black hair. I like as many variations as I can with my guys! _________________ | |

Does enamel paint dry properly on MAM heads? It does, but it took about a week to dry properly. Not sure of the long term results though... _________________

| Cool finds can see why some people find EE spooky in that first photo with only one eye, great repair job though another man saved and no doubt grateful. He certainly stands out with that new hairdo and I agree with you good toe experiment and get as much variation the ranks as possible | |

| Your lucky and a fantastic find to find two mam figures at a charity shop a couple of weeks ago Peter. Wow £2.99 for the both of them very great find . The mam with the missing eye that was inside the head, you could have put a eye patch on the missing eye but what you did, repairing it by splitting the head open with a sharp knife, found the other eye that was tightly wedged inside and then using a bit of sewing thread to tie the back of the eye to the bar that moved it again, very well done. I would not have had the nerve to try that myself. You deciding to paint his hair and eyebrows yellow, well I think he turned out a new mam . I think it's really cool of you to try as many variations as you can with your guys Peter . _________________ I’m Dedicated to serving Professor Gangrene as One of His Loyal Minions.

| Thanks for the comments guys. I'm still not sure about the shade of yellow I used for his hair. I think it's a bit too bright so I might try painting over it with a different colour. _________________ | |

I did a similar shade on one of my Vintage PH fellas called Matt and I thnik he looks a bit bright but, it works alright and it just means he's got that surfer look perhaps a reflock might have been better though
