Well done!

That looks like a Hasbro Jeep and trailer but the wheels are different. I've seen them before. Molto?

Well Mr Joe90 you were pretty right thou...  Very Happy

The Madelman Jeep was a direct and unashamed copy in 1/10 scale of the GI Joe 5 Star Jeep. Although I don't own one of the later, examination of pictures show no remarkable differences between them. Some time later, the Madelman Jeep was improved with fabric seats, which gave it a very good appearance.

By the way, I throw a question: the Madelman Jeep has engine detailing (there is even a Jerrycan stored under the bonnet). Has got the 5 Star Jeep the same?

This particular one has a curious history. Madel never produced a sand colored jeep, you know. It was only made in two colors: OD green for the military and a kind of "broken white" for Safari purposes, which specific decoration for each.

A few years ago my friend Santiago bought the original Madel molds and tooling, and he cranked Jeeps in high quality styrene plastic (as the old Madel were made) in new colors: Grey, yellow, white... and of course, SAND COLOR!

This one was presented to me as a gift from my fellow collectors group in my past birthday, and I liked it so much I decided not to "upgrade" or modify it in any way (a very rare thing in me If I'm honest)
