I never had one before with flaps on the pockets. Maybe it's just a variation of the soldier shirt.

It could be a very early release mate, explaining why it has features others jackets you have had did not. early issues were made of much thicker material and had added features, like double pockets and of a higher quality. Hope this helps mate  cheers

the label looks wrong is it sewn on or just glued if glued someone has made it could be very early ko

Ummmmm Can't be an early shirt as the label would be a bullet hole label wouldn't it? And it does look stuck on.
