Another update!

The VAM room now has a doorway.



Hopefully a couple of Velux roof windows are going in here Saturday.

The main wall will be shelved. A couple of VAM will fit on the top shelf but by the time you get to the bottom shelf it should be about 30 VAM long!

Btw don't let too much light in on those velux windows might ,fade some priceless vintage uniform

Thanks for all the comments guys! I can really see the light at the end of the tunnel as far as finishing the loft goes.

A room with a view!



I got a carpet this morning and the boys are moving in tomorrow. The loft isn't 100% complete but I've had a sunday night dead-line set by she who must be obeyed!  My VAM collection is currently cluttering up the dining room and apparently we're not sitting down to xmas dinner surrounded by boxes and boxes of VAM so I'll have to finish the loft with the troops already installed!

It all looks amazing Steve , the boys are moving to a life of luxury!, a room all to themselves. Nice work all round, well done. Really looking forward to seeing how you display it all

Yeah ha ha I see a star gazing room with bean bags and soft furnishings emerging ........... like a little sanctuary for the wife after a hard days driving
