| James Wozniak of 'Classic recasts' latest figure is 'Sir Rudolph'. A modern recast of the classic 1960's Marx Knights but in red, hence the 'red-nosed raindeer' reference. The box features the classic artwork but tweaked to represent the red Sir Rudolph. The red Sir Rudolph compared to the original silver knight Sir Rowland/Stuart. Dressed in full armour. Compared to the silver armour. While the original knights came in the realistic colours of Silver, Gold and Black, a Blue knight was added to the 2000 reissue of the originals and so set the stage for bright colours so Red is a great addition to the range. James says he might do a white knight next. ...and in some 'you couldn't make it up/weird coincidence', what's the chances my grandson was visiting the same day Sir Rudolph arrived in the post! Twins!! _________________ Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. | |

| Love these knights Steve, always thought about collecting them. Are all the colours still available as re issues? There was certainly a lot of red in the house that day _________________ WHO WATCHES THE VOLGANS... | |

Richard, the 1st re-issues are from 2000 but still turn up on Ebay quite regularly and people like James Wozniak and a few Mexican companies still produce assorted figures. _________________ Life moves pretty fast. | Very nice figure Steve, I remember the originals very well. My cousin had the Gold knight and the Indian when we were younger . Didn't you have an Indian chief with your childhood figures Steve, think I remember seeing an old photo of yourself at your nans or something.
