Unknown Cherilea Vehicle

I cannot find any reference to this Cherilea Monitor Scout Car. Looks a lot like the regular scout car but has a water cannon squirt. Is it rare?

I don't remember seeing one... but I think there was an emergency services version perhaps... it certainly isn't as common as the rest of the range.

This part is interesting to me, but since nothing is specified, I don't suppose the 'jointed figure' would be Action Man?

No it is a awful figure.  

I had one as a kid, but I don't remember mine coming with a water cannon? , could be wrong tho??

I think my 'sunny smile' strike force 90s cherilea remake scout car has that hole at the back too!! I'm sure I've seen a white scout car with the water pump on it but can't recall what it was!
