Well after having a mess about with my 50th figure due to being dissatisfied with his silly pinched face ive found that it seems to be the choice of neck post used is distorting the head! I managed to remove the head with difficulty and it has a gijoe style double retention neck post which quite clearly is too big, whilst trying different things ive found that the Cotswold style would be a much better fit.

As you can see off of the neck the head looks so much nicer Smile

OK, that explains it. It's likely a Joe40 neck, as I don't remember seeing that neck post on my Timeless figure I had to do a head swap on.
