I just aquired a complete Vintage Talking Commander Torso that Works, to replace my Non-Working one that I tried to Tune Up and Totally Destroyed it. I got it off of eBaY for a Great Price.

I couldn't hold the camera while I was doing the Tedious job of Swapping the Talking Torsos out, but that's what I did. Now I have a Perfectly Working Vintage Talking AT Commander. Here he's wearing a 21st. Century camo. outfit that came with him in a purchase. I also have his Original green outfit.Replacing My Non-Working Vintage Talking Commander Torso With A Working One Pix_f134

Now, this other guy is my Vintage Life-Like Talking AT Commander. I recently obtained an AT Decal that I was trying to figure out where to use it. I couldn't think of a better place to put it then on his Shirt! cheers

Nice going there Rage,

Your tool looks very useful, I would love to have one. The taker torso is an ideal body part that would allow any Joe/vam to be easily serviced via undoing the two screws, they could do away with the talker holes for non talkers. Having this option would make life easier for restringers, that would be cool. I wonder what happened to the rest of the Joe body parts?

Those 21st Century uniforms are perfect for Joes & vam, I still have some carded sets for display, one is a modern Green Beret set  Very Happy
