| After chatting with ghost recon, I decided to make one. First I cut up an old battered dispatch rider over jacket into 3 strips, two quite thin and one in the shape of the end of a tie. All pieces were over sized. I then sewed the the pieces together Once all attached I folded over the material into a more reasonable size and tie shape, then ironed flat, once all the edges were ironed flat, I put it on my Officer   Thanks ghost recon (Ade)  | |
