I was looking forward to seeing these , and I don`t know what I was expecting , but it was not such an excellent rescue team , and a series of photos that tell a story . Excellent stuff Alex and most impressive all round .

Great series of Action Man in action pics! That was a lot of work to set up so many figures in so many different shots! A lot of thought and effort went in to this sequence, with excellent results!
I was not expecting Other Dave and his hiking partner to pack such a big Action Man crew in to the hills with them!

I totally agree with you Dave on that they was a lot of work to set up so many figures in so many different shots and a lot of thought and effort went in to this sequence from my dad and his friend.

I too was very impressed by this set-up and series of photos, great work!!!
Looks like your father and his friend could be in danger of catching the outdoor diorama bug!
Action and adventure await!

Superb setting up and location selection. At least that poor fallen climber won't end up like the 200+ abandoned corpses on Mt Everest! Well done to the rescue team, ....and the photographers! Excellent posing!

Great mountain rescue team and great photos. I'm sure it took some time to get all of those photos set up. Nice work!

Awesome work, TRF!! Great story and excellent photos. Your rescue team is awesome. I'm envious of your mountain terrain, when I try out mountaineering shots I have to use "The Cliffs of Clancy" as seen below, LOL.

Thank you very much for the high praise comments Riverside Rhodes but those pictures for the story where taking by my dad’s best friend while they were walking in the hills near Edinburgh. I’m really liking the stretcher setup you’v put together in your picture.

Thanks, TRF. It's still a cool shoot no matter who took the pics. Great stuff! While I like the WWII and Nam stuff that some people do, I've always found this contemporary type of topic most interesting.

The Cliffs of Clancy! Have they ever had to stage a rescue from the Dirk Pit at the base of Mt. Clive in the Cussler range?
LOL! I think the Dirk Pitt extends quite a way offshore from the Cussler Range. Pretty sure they recovered a long-sunken ship from there one time. Name started with T...
