I somehow acquired that skin diver myself, but he's stashed away in the "seldom to be used" bin due to that moulded on mask, his permanent flippers and those damned elbows that don't bend.. Similar fate for that guy in the camo singlet with his permanently attached gun.

I have two of the Joe Ocean Enforcers, one on the card and one I opened and put on a figure. But I don't remember it having a watch. Nice set.
