My Modern Action Man Robots Empty
PostSubject: My Modern Action Man Robots   My Modern Action Man Robots Icon_minitimeMon Aug 21, 2023 10:31 am

I got these some years back. Not as many as some have, and a drop in the ocean from what
Alexander has. I believe the black robot was the first one, he was out of the package and didn't
have a gun.

I think the Toxic Robot was the second one I got.

On another forum here in the states, a member posted two X-Robots for sale. Me and another member
were both interested, he posted for us to figure out which one we wanted. I didn't have a preference
but the other wanted the blue robot, so I got the red one. I think it was figurerealm that posted images
of the packaged figures, referring to them as fire and ice. Since then I haven't been able to access the
site.

This is the package back, it shows both versions.

He is basically the same as the others, except a different face covering, he explodes the same.

My last one is the robotic Dr. X. Here is the top of the box back.

It shows the missile launcher on his shoulder, how the limbs are removable, how the cables can
be removed and switched, how his eye lights up and his head will pop off when the chest button
is pushed.

Pushing the silver part of his head makes his eye light up.

A closer look shows the missile launcher on his shoulder at right, I'm not sure what the other
shoulder mechanism is, other than maybe for the robotic look. He has one missile where the end
is shaped like a fireball.

Thanks for sharing the robots that you have in your collection. The red robot with the different face covering and the blue one I think you could get them in a supermarket called Tesco in 2009. I didn’t pick any up at the time because I had stopped collecting mam by that time and second I wasn’t interested into robots. I’m always find seeing your posts interesting and fun to see.

Now that’s a really good idea of them staring in their own story.
