It took many months of swapping clothing, footwear and hands before I was finally happy with the figure on the right. I swore I'd never do it again..but here I am trying to sort out a look that I like for the figure on the left

Ah thanks, but it's way too thick n gloopy.
I've been watching some excellent videos on YouTube. So I'm going to set up a wet palette. I'm also going to have to buy a load of new paints too
