A new Dr Evil for gunners Opfor

Hi guys
Just checking out Quality Save ( a UK discount store-replaced Woolworths for our overseas buddies)
For a pair reading glasses ( my varifocals lost in the line of Grandparenting duty and coz watching TV thru my prescription sunglasses is ..well too cool for school), I always check out the toy section. This chap was on the shelves at £3.99 so I thought why not?

Not sure who he is exactly but I thought not a bad DrEvil looking figure for the Dragonians.
He holds a weapon well but the moulded skirts of his greatcoat restrict his movements.
The Truemove lines are the best of the current crop budget of 1/6 franchise figures imho..they make good background characters ..nothing will ever be as good as VAM imho...but these work well and survive the Grandkids plundering of the collection
However..I think not a bad addition the collection!
