Today I picked up this Rose bush from our local B+M store I thought it really fitting as anyone who is a fan of Captain Scarlet would understand Mr Metcalfe definitely is

I found this guy and the mug in amongst the mam storage boxes. And thought you might appreciate this Ian. He has a gammy right leg and thought he may come in handy for battlefield casualty figure minus the captain scarlet uniform figure

Cheers Allan Glad you like it mate, I've enjoyed all the old series on tv made by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, they made all of the Sci-fi shows from the 60s onwards using marionette puppets and vehicles on strings to make their own new type of animation, they called this "Supermarionation" Captain Scarlet was one of these new shows, and basically Captain Scarlet has the special power with the extraordinary ability to restore himself of physical injuries--and even resurrects himself from death--within hours, making him virtually indestructible. a lot more to the story mate but don't want to bore you with it haha I like the Ideas they had and love the Sci-fi stuff cheers mate catch up later Ian

Excellent stuff Ian I must remember that myself, although I do feed things in my mum's garden with miracle grow with some fantastic results over the years and whilst I was still working quite a time ago, and the box containing a few large sashes of it. It will last a few seasons maybe more. Noticeable Visible results within a couple of weeks. Cheers Ian
