I started working on yet another large project a couple of weeks back, I've been busy making leather Jerkins and came across some nice white leather for Colonel White, well couldn't resist making this Rapsody Angel
Cheers Ian

Captain Scarlet is my favourite Gerry Anderson show. And you're figures look brilliant.
Are you going to make any more or maybe a Col White control center ?
Or even a 1/6 cloudbase
Thanks and yes I'm trying to do a full Spectrum team Here's the Colonel so far I finished his jerkin today but his cap needs another coat and his boots a real good looking at

All white-tastic Captain Scarlet kitbashes Hawkeye. I’ve just found out from Google that there is a Captain Scarlet Day and it was July 10th.
Thanks, Alex glad you like them and yes Captain Scarlet Day was a date used on quite a few episodes of the original series, this was mainly due to it being Tony Barwick's one of the scriptwriter's birthdays and he used to slip the date into the scripts whenever he could Also Captain Scarlet is celebrating its 56th Anniversary on 29th September 2023 the original series was brought out on that date in 1967 so another date to put in your diary

How have the "glass panels" in the helmet worked out ? I dont suppose they are easy.
Hi Chris I got my son to give me a hand with the helmet as it was more in his skill set and I didn't want to wreck it but yes the glass sides are made from clear Warbler he's made a great job of this Ian

I fully expected you to say " we didn't bother with the glass panels..far too fiddly "
.....not only did you do them, but they look fantastic
You and your son are very skilled
Thanks Chris the panels were hard work but my son is really clever with this kind of thing he wasn't fully happy with this one but he's really hit what I wanted
