| I have just bought and am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my first 'new' item of VAM. It would be wrong to call it boxed, bagged and carded would be a better description.
I have won an auction for the German Kommandant great coat and tunic. I have collected the other bits and bobs needed for this outfit - cap, belt, luger, boots and trousers, and was considering getting 40th items, but won the original items for the same cost as the coat, tunic and trousers would have cost from ML.
I just need to get some more figures fixed up, as I have run out of men sporting a full complement of limbs or heads!

| Dal I have never figured out how to post pictures even though you kindly advised me how to.
I will see if my I.T. specialist (the wife) can help, if not my 6 year old will have a better idea than me what to do!
Getting sorted and taking pictures was something I wanted to do whilst off work over Christmas, but my time was taken up with mundane tasks.
I will get sorted one day soon!
Paul

Those pesky VAM accessories -- driving up the price of 40th... Good for you for catching a good deal!

| A padded envelope has just landed on my desk containing the German bits.
The adhesive of the packaging has lost its sticky nature, so I am able to take the bits out without actually damaging it.
What is interesting is that on the back of the packet there is stamped faintly in red ink 'NOT FOR RESALE' along with traces of other words which I cannot make out.
Has anyone ever come across this before? I am intriuged as to why the items were not for resale, could they be some kind of sample?
