Is this VAM or Geyper or something else

Found this little head in my collection of bits and bobs, is he one of the European releases - he looks tanned and his scan has gone/is bright pink

Couldn't tell you mate. I thought all geyperman had brown eyes?? Probably just a dirty old Vam. The scar just looks like a kid has re-coloured it with a felt tip at some point and When the paint wore off and it has soaked into the plastic over time.

mine does - but its last issue (the one that should have been EE) - not sure of the others
